Spring Roll!

We had the annual Spring Roll activity in the church parking lot where the families come, bring whatever they have with wheels, and play in the parking lot without the worry of having cars to contend with.  Gavin really got it this year, although he didn't have a concept of following the arrows and watching for fast moving bikes.

Colin got to ride in the wagon.

Silly Gavin!

Gavin saw this backpack in his room and wanted to get in it.  It was okay for a little bit but my almost 40 lb boy got heavy quick...

Gavin Stories

Gavinisms include the words, Silly Band-Aid for Silly Bands and Triangle Bike for tricycle.   

Gavin can find a train in a dust storm.  

We bought this airplane book for Colin and Gavin was able to find a train on the back cover!  He has also found them in places like the opening of Disney movies with the castle and other places as well where we hadn't noticed them.

Preschool in March

Here is the school stuff for March minus the St. Patrick's Day things that I already posted about. It was Gavin's last full month in preschool with Aunt Staci.  He got into the preschool at the local public K-8 school, but I'm so sad he won't be with Aunt Staci, Mrs. Tami, or Mrs. Aubrey anymore or with his friends there.  He is, however, with his cousin, Josh, so that helped ease the transition to the big school.

Here comes trouble!

Since Colin is more mobile now he is doing typical baby things!  So mischievous!

Colin LOVES the tissues.  I have seen him pulling out a tissue and then blowing his nose on it and throwing it.  He's also done the same thing with the rags in the drawer.  This first picture is kind of blurry, but it shows the action, so I included it.

Silly Boys!

Colin was having a hard time sleeping and when he finally fell asleep he fell asleep on his tummy.  He NEVER sleeps on his tummy!

Goofy Gavin thinks that Colin's bibs are cool now, or something.

 

Colin was apparently playing with my Piglet ears while trying to avoid sleep.  I found him like this, I didn't even know he knew how to put the ears on!

Gavin, of course, wanted his picture taken as well.

Relaxing in the bath

Gavin has always been able to kick up his heels and relax.  I thought it was funny that he decided to lay down in the tub! Not exactly a soft place to relax.

My Little Readers!

Gavin was showing this book to his brother!  I thought it was cute.  In this picture, he's trying to keep Colin from grabbing it, though.  Colin's not so delicate with books.

Found Colin like this when I went to check on him.  Thought it was hilarious.  He can move those covers any way he likes!
