Cutie Colin!!!

He learned to swing on his own...I am not sure exactly when...These pictures are from March 4.

Getting ready on a Sunday morning! He doesn't look bad, right....?

Hahahahaha!

He said he made a flower!

Daddy didn't feel good one afternoon and came home early from work.  I went to pick up Gavin and this is what I found when I came home!!!

A dragon hat for Chinese New Year! This picture is from March 5.

He made this on Hundred Day on February 13.  Had to take a picture of the silly hat! (March 17)

The boys love the game Plants vs. Zombies.  A friend found fruit snacks and bought us some.  Here he set them up like you would in the game and wanted me to take a picture! March 17.

I found him like this one morning when I came down for my early run! Sad that he wasn't sleeping well in his bed, but he looks SO cute! March 20.

Colin wanted to take a picture of this Cars pretzel.  March 25.

He was looking through his valentines and gave me this cute one! March 26.

I had a lunch date with Colin on grandparent's day.  Yum! March 26.

Advent Calendar Days 2 & 3

Last night we forgot to do our symbol for Christmas, so today we did two!  It was fun doing it as a family!

December 2nd's symbol is a snowflake-- we are all unique and precious in God's eye.

Colin, of course, just plays.

Here is Gavin with my snowflake and his.

Here is Philip with his two snowflakes.  Doesn't he just look thrilled?

December 3rd's symbol is a wreath--the symbol of the never ending eternal nature of love.

Here is Philip's wreath.

Colin playing on Philip's lap, he was feeling left out.

My wreath, after it got smashed a bit on the bow.

Gavin with his wreath!  We had to take him outside to the front of the house to show him Aunt Jessica's big wreath-- he didn't know what one was.

I made a second one, Philip had an idea to expand on mine using the play dough toy that makes skinny worms.

Colin having fun making stars.  Cheese!

Advent Calendar Day 1

At church they gave the kids a bag with 24 symbols of Christmas and a play dough recipe with some Kool Aid.  Yesterday we made the dough on the stove and today we started making the symbols of Christmas.  I doubled the recipe of dough because I knew Colin would probably want to do what his big brother was doing.

Colin was right by the trash can-- he kept pulling off pieces of dough and trying to throw them in the trash...

First we did the advent calendar on the wall that has a nativity scene.  Colin was "taking a picture" of Gavin!

Then we did our dough symbol for the day.  The first symbol of Christmas was a heart--so that we can remember the love that Jesus has for each one of us!

Colin was having fun telling us, "Cheese!" and "Smile!"
