Lucky Ladybug

Colin had a ladybug on him after coming in from taking his brother to school.  Before I could get a picture it hopped on me!

It was getting around.  I put it outside.

Happy Easter!

Hope you and your family had a great Easter!

Trying to get Colin to get his Easter eggs!

After a while Colin sort of got the idea... I found a one of the kids' socks in his bucket!

Some of the girls were so nice to help Gavin decorate his bucket! Thanks!

They drew him a train, of course!

Look what the Easter Bunny brought Gavin!

Colin's decorations weren't very exciting, just his name.

Here's what the Easter Bunny brought Colin: (the brown and yellow things are Weebles!)

Looking for eggs in the backyard!

Gavin's egg that looks liked a cracked egg when you throw it was popular with more than just Gavin!

A ladybug landed on Perry!

Both my boys liked playing on the tether ball stand for some reason.

Look at all the things that the kids brought home from church!

Gavin got this from the teacher in grandma and grandpa's ward.  So nice!

I helped Colin make an egg in the nursery:

Gavin also got this beautiful treat from his teacher that day!

Gavin made this as well!

Gavin brought Staci and me each a yellow flower from the yard.  So sweet!

Sprouting Pumpkins!

These pictures are from Sunday, the pumpkins definitely sprouted in five to seven days like the package said! Hopefully we'll get some in time for Thanksgiving pies!

The view of my entire garden. There is a sprout closest to us in the middle and then another one just past the ladybug flag.

Up close. Will have to thin pretty soon.

In the garden and backyard

Daddy and Gavin had fun in the backyard a while back. I finally got around to taking a picture of it. Can you guess who drew what?

Just had to take pictures of the ladybugs I saw in my garden.

This was one of Jessica's peas. It was so tiny!

Then I noticed that I finally had the vegetable of my labor on my own pea plants!!!

My tomato plants are going crazy still, but I still haven't seen any actual tomatoes yet...

My strawberries have blossoms now, well, at least one plant! (and that one plant has several!!!)

Gavin just had to be part of the fun, even if he can't climb as well or as high...
