Colin had a ladybug on him after coming in from taking his brother to school. Before I could get a picture it hopped on me!

New 'do & New Outfit
I have been doing Gavin's hair curly wet on top with gel. He has gotten several compliments on it. What do you think?
I found some brand new clothes put away in the closet. Cute!

School in April
I know I am probably missing some of the things from his school this month, but with changing schools and vacation, I'm going to call this good! His rabbit bag even had a tail!
One of Gavin's friends from church drew and wrote for him, so sweet! Thanks, Kaylee!
Trampoline Time!
We were playing in the backyard and I took a picture of my three boys on the trampoline!
Sleepy Baby
Sometimes he still wants mama. This was after he'd woken up from a nap time when Philip was home. I had been napping as well and Colin wanted me after Philip got him out of the playpen. It's nice to be wanted and loved sometimes!
Back to Reality...
...well, for some of us. Gavin was having a good time here with his sheep pillow while he watched a movie. He wasn't even aware of Sage and me talking about him or her taking the pictures for me!
I love he he swished his face here! Goofy!
We made it home, safe and sound. Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa, for having us in your home once again. Hope we weren't too much trouble! :-D
The Train Museum and Ice Cream
We went to the train museum, of course! Gavin asked for his picture to be taken here. Probably because we have always taken one here before.
Colin seemed to be listening to what was being said on the phone. Do you think there will be a time where kids don't recognize these as phones? Who has a phone with a cord? We don't even have a land line!
We were sitting and watching the kids when we saw something flying around. Staci said, "Is that a bat?" and I said, no, it couldn't be. Upon further investigation, however, she was correct!
The bat hung out and crawled on the wall for a little while as this video shows.
We had the kids entice Colin to do some crawling into this table.

I went to the gift shop without Gavin and picked him out a new book! It's a My First Graphic Novel (comic book) about a train ride. I thought that Philip would get a kick out of it! He has manga (Japanese comic books) that he wants to have Gavin read when he is older, so I thought it was appropriate for that reason as well.
We walked around Old Town and talked about how they built up the city--that the lower levels used to be at ground level. Then we got ice cream with grandma, thanks! Even Colin got a mini scoop of ice cream! His first try at an ice cream cone! He loved it, of course!
He didn't know what to do with the cone, though. He was just holding it and spilled melted ice cream onto himself. As far as he was concerned, the cone was only what happened to hold up his ice cream and he wasn't going to eat it!
That was good, thanks grandma!
