We had an emergency preparedness fair at church where there were various vendors of emergency supplies as well as a free hot dog lunch provided by the local fire department.local-- and police department were involved, too. The kids got to play on the fire truck and talk to the fire fighters.
Philip got to try on the police flak jacket.
We got our faces painted!
