First Home Improvement Projects

We decided to do two big projects to our new house before we moved in. 

The first thing we did to our new house was get new pipes.  We used Pex plumbing, it's supposed to be quieter and greener than using copper pipes.  

SO many holes...

We got a new water heater as well!!!

The 2nd house project was a new roof.  There were two layers of roof already on our house, so they tore it all the way down to the subroof...
